Moscow Hospital
Fire-resistant aluminium cladding from Aluwall System, in a rainbow of bright colours, lends a fittingly childish appeal to Moscow’s new and innovative Federal Research Centre for Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Immunology. Primary colours and their complementary partners characterise the exterior and interior finishes of the blocks comprising this cheerful-looking hospital complex, each of which has been assigned its own, distinctive function.

Port of Brisbane Office Building
If you see a building raised on stilts in a waterside area, the first reaction is always to think that this has been done for flood protection. But, in the case of the new Port of Brisbane Office Building in Brisbane, Australia, the explanation is much simpler. Architect Thomson Adsett raised the three storey building by approximately one storey in order to allow occupants to benefit from the view.
